Angel Salazar

Angel Salazar is not your typical comedian. His Cuban heritage and penchant for sporting mini-skirts notwithstanding, this manic, human laugh factory is rather difficult to describe. Salazar's performance is a mixture of street-smart ethnic wisecracks,risque humor, physical comedy, and audience involvement. Angel has not only launched a successful career as a comedian, but is also an established actor, who has appeared in such noteworthy films as "Scarface," "Punchline," "Carlito's Way," and "Where the Buffalo Roam." He was also featured in Cheech and Chong's comedy video "Born in East L.A." Angel was the winner of a Los Angeles Comedy Competition hosted by Jay Leno. He has headlined at almost every comedy club in the country and has opened for the Beach Boys, Whitney Houston, Van Halen and The Miami Sound Machine, to name a few.
